Hi there! Could you tell me how to prepare sedum plants for winter? Thanks so much!
I really hope some of my tips can help your sedum survive this winter! To protect the roots, add straw. Then, remove any dead or dying leaves that could cause rot. After that, cover with antifreeze cloth or burlap sacks to protect your sedum from the cold.
I'm really sorry, but I've never had this plant before, so I can't help you. 😪
You can get ready for winter by making a 6-8 inch layer of composted mulch, adding gravel to the base of potted plants to help with drainage, and pulling or digging out weeds by the roots.
